follow instructions for cross ladder except you take alphabet beads like my name is 3 letters long you center it and don't cross the name bands you could do the same with normal beads
the cross ladder is like any other ladder except you leave the middle chain out but still keep the crossing bands you will alternate doing border bands and alternate crosing bands from left to righ
