Based on what I've observed, the forum only allows you to delete comments with no replies. For example, I can delete this comment right now. However, the second you reply, I have lost the ability to delete it. Same with your comments. The only ones you can delete are ones that nobody has replied to.

If a comment has replies, the replies (from most recent to least recent) must be deleted first. Then, you may delete your comment.
yea im having the same problem somtimes and when im looking to see who liked my stuff of the notifications it doesnt tell me for eight days
