She is made of bubbles so she can split and shapeshift

This is a double headed plant type dragon
I first thought of the name and then the dragon

Or otherwise a Sky dragon. I get these type of terms from Little Lizard and Tiny Turtle's How To Train Your Dragon videos

I called this one Splash because of the multiple colours, it looks like a splash of colours

A full blue turtle has an obvious name

Fireheart is a ginger tom and was a kittypet in Warriors
